Scheduling your sessions
We generally recommend scheduling one session per week to create a consistent rhythm while allowing space for integration between experiences.
That said, this is your journey. Life happens. Travel, family, work, and personal processing are all part of the experience. You're welcome to move at the pace that feels most supportive for you.
Whether you'd like to schedule all of your sessions today or simply begin with your first one or two, we'll be here to support you every step of the way.
Before Your First Sessions
Scheduling & intake assessments
To keep your experience flowing smoothly, please schedule all of your Higher Path sessions in advance.
Before booking your first Energy Healing and Belief Alchemy sessions, you'll be asked to complete a short Intake Assessment for each modality. Each assessment only needs to be completed once and helps us better understand your needs so we can prepare for your sessions with intention.
